Due to the perishable nature of our products, Bagelita LLC does not accept returns. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a credit or reorder. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department within 2 days of receiving the package. Ensure to provide a photo and detailed description of the issue, and we will endeavor to ensure your satisfaction. Claims submitted after the 48-hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund, or reshipment.
