Shipping & Order Processing
BagelĂta, LLC delivers our products across the United States using UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our third-party shipping carriers. Shipments are restricted to street addresses within the United States; we do not deliver to PO Boxes. BagelĂta, LLC bears no responsibility for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments returned or requiring rerouting due to address inaccuracies will incur additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling. Shipping charges remain non-refundable for late deliveries if the business is closed or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the package upon delivery. The shipping carrier may request a signature for delivery at the driver's discretion. Estimated delivery timelines exclude unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. Local Delivery
Orders can be delivered using various local courier services near our BagelĂta locations. We strongly recommend selecting a time when someone will be present to accept your local delivery package.

Delivery Insurance

Freshness Guaranteed
For optimal results, promptly place our products in the freezer upon receipt and consume within 8 weeks. Please note that slight variations in color, shape, pattern, rise or size of the interior pocket may occur as our products are handmade and variability of the baking process.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled within three business days of the shipping or pick-up date. For cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 212-457-8958 While we strive to accommodate your needs, certain requests may not be feasible due to the order processing schedule.
Special Orders & Wholesale Quantities
